Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@dispatchedinc.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We act as your professional back-office. We find high-paying loads based on your preferences, negotiate the rates, handle all the broker paperwork/setups, and provide you with the final rate confirmation. You just drive.

No. We believe in earning your business every day. Most of our clients work with us on a load-by-load or week-to-week basis. You are free to leave at any time with a simple written notice.

Never. You have 100% control over your business. We present the best options, and you have the final "Yes" or "No" on every single load.

We typically charge a flat percentage ([e.g., 5-10%]) of the gross load pay. There are no hidden sign-up fees or monthly subscriptions. If you don't make money, we don't make money.

You are paid directly by the broker or your factoring company. We never touch your load pay. We simply invoice you for our service fee once the load is successfully delivered.

Yes. If you are held up at a dock, our team aggressively pursues detention, layover, and TONU (Truck Order Not Used) pay on your behalf. We do not take a percentage of these accessorial fees.

To keep you compliant in 2026, we require:

  • An active MC Authority letter
  • W-9 Form
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming us as a certificate holder
  • Signed Dispatch Agreement & Limited Power of Attorney (so we can sign for loads on your behalf)

We specialize in Dry Van (53'), Box Trucks (26'), Reefers, Flatbeds, and Power-Only units.

Yes! We enjoy helping new owner-operators build their "Carrier 411" reputation. We focus on high-credit brokers who are "new-authority friendly" to ensure you stay moving from Day 1.

Yes. If you are held up at a dock, our team aggressively pursues detention, layover, and TONU (Truck Order Not Used) pay on your behalf. We do not take a percentage of these accessorial fees.
